Volunteers Needed for Unity Parade

Hello Everyone:

I'm sending out an SOS asking for about 20 Volunteers to help out during the PRIDE Unity Parade on Saturday July 25th.....this is what we're in need of......

8 People to carry the PRIDE Colors(Community PRIDE Flag)

11 People to help carry 6 of my Original Canvases created to commemorate the 40th Anniversary of the Stonewall Riots of 1969 as these 6 Canvases are being used as a Walking Mural in the Parade and I'd consider it a personal favor to me if you'd be able to assist with this in any way.......please pass this email on to all those you know and ask them to contact me by phone: [phone] or email: [e-mail] if able and interested in assisting.

Additional information:

Here are the measurements for each piece and the number of people to help
carry them.......they're not heavy at all, however, due to their sizes all
but one of them require 2 people to carry them.......

Three 48x72"----2 people per piece
One 48x48"-----2 people
One 36x48"-----2 people
One 24x36"----1 person


And, yes, you are correct, it's for Harrisburg's Parade on the 25th.....all
Volunteers must be at the Staging area before 9:30A.M.

If able to volunteer, please let me know no later than the 20th so that I
may make arrangements with the Parade Chair as to where you all will be
placed in the Parade Lineup.

Greetings John,
I've looked at your artworks and they are powerful and beautiful. I was wondering how heavy are the artworks that you want to take through the Parade? And the Parade you are referring to is, of course, the Harrisburg one, correct? I don't want to make any dumb assumptions, though I will risk asking utterly dumb questions and hope for foregiveness for that. :) Also, what time would you need volunteers to arrive? I will cc this to your email address as well.
