Should PA enact legislation to legalize same-sex marriage/civilunions?

In September a statewide poll showed that more than 70% of Pennsylvanians now support some recognition of same-sex couples in Pennsylvania.
There is no legislation currently pending to allow for either marriage or civil unions for gay and lesbian couples in Pennsylvania.
