Comment by Douglas Dockey on September 28, 2009 at 12:38pm - I saw this on 9/26 in State College and thought it was my own personal story of growing up in the Lykens Valley. I know there are some school districts that do not have policies which prevent anti-gay behaviors. This needs to be changed.
