Leadership Development Training Series

Starting this September, the Center, the Equity for Gays and Lesbians (EGAL) Task Force, and The Foundation for Enhancing Communities (TFEC) will be offering a series of training sessions geared toward providing organizational and leadership development to the community.

Leaders in the LGBT and allied communities will be invited to participate. The series covers a range of topics (listed below), and sessions will be facilitated by Anne Gingerich from the Nonprofit Resource Network at Millersville University and Mickey McIntyre from realChange Partners.

This will be an opportunity for the LGBT organizations in central Pennsylvania to not only gain a valuable training experience, but to network and build a sense of shared mission. There will be a suggested donation of $10 per session to be donated to the EGAL Endowment Fund, which grants money to local LGBT organizations.

An RSVP is required for this event and we ask that each organization only send 1-2 representatives due to limited space available.
